I W@nna Grow Up Once Ag@in (MY WAY)

It all started, when I came to life in this beautiful world created by almighty. Belonging to the middle class family, my life started with all general stuff like most of us face during our growing periods of life. As a child, I used to explore the world my way. I used to be Fearless to try new things, no matter I fail or pass. I used to dream the impossible (oh sorry, I didn’t know this word in my childhood). I used to question each and everything, no matter how silly it was.

Let’s recall our childhood, when we were used to crawl on our small feet or tiny hands and in the attempt of walking on our own, we used to fall many times and in no time, we used to get up again and again to reach to our toys or anything which we were in love with or passionate about.

Just few days back, I encountered such events, which made me realize that in the process of Growing up (in the way, which society wanted), that spirit of Childishness has faded out leading to a life, which is not at all matches to my aspirations/dreams. In the process of growing up or should I say, walking in the Rat Race for making society happy, the all precious gifts of Childishness are lost somewhere.

If we look at the persons, who had made their dreams come true, they have done it only by keeping alive their spirit of childishness (Fearless, Creative, Failing many times and getting up again and again).

Now let me share as story with you, most of you must have read this story:

Once upon a time, there was a group of frogs passing through a forest and two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs noticed that how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they would not be able to come out ever. The two frogs ignored the comment of other frogs and tried to jump to come out of that pit. The other frogs kept telling them that they can’t come out.

One of the two frogs stopped trying and gave up. He fell down dead.

The other one was still trying to come out again and again. Finally he succeeded in coming out of that pit. When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?” The frog told them that he was deaf and he thought that they were encouraging him the entire time.

I think, you got the point:

The point is, when we become deaf to what, society is telling us to follow and keep going with our own way, we can actually live the life of our own choice and in the process, we can achieve, what we dreamt about.

I am writing this piece of note just to give an attempt to awaken that dormant spirit of Childishness to make our dreams come true.

So Let’s be:

• ·        Let’s dream bigger
• ·        Let’s get free of the trap of “Char log kya kahenge”
• ·        Let’s accept change to avoid stagnation and monotony
• ·        Let’s Get Curious
• ·        Let’s explore the world our way
• ·        Don’t stop, Keep walking
• ·        Wear a selfless childish smile
• ·        Learn New things daily
• ·        Let’s make mistakes continuously and try again and again
• ·        Let’s Give wings to our imagination
• ·        Help someone selflessly , who is in need

In Short:

Let’s Live a Life, which we want to live rather than which, society wants us to.

Let’s not Give Up on our Dreams and try even harder, no matter how much time it takes as someone rightly said that It’s never too late to start.

Don’t worry about the materialistic things, they will follow.
